Library Card
Who may have a card:
- Residents of Sibley.
- Residents of Osceola County.
- Cardholders of libraries in the Open Access Program.
- Adults 18+ must show current photo ID and/or proof of address.
- Applications for Kindergarten through 12th graders require a parent's/guardian's signature.
- Children under school age are required to use parent's/guardian's card.
How to use your card:
- Items must be returned to either the inside drop box or the outside drop box.
- All borrowing information is confidential according to Iowa Law.
- You are responsible for the timely return of all materials checked out on your library card.
- Borrowers owing over $5.00 for late fees or fines will be blocked from library privileges.
- Please notify the library of changes in address, email address, or telephone.
- You may access our online card catalog to renew and reserve materials. You will need your library card number and a password. Call or stop by the library to set up your password.
- Replacement cards are $1.00
